2. data collection and use for contract processing and for opening a customer account
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when you place an order, contact us (e.g. via the contact form or by e-mail) or open a customer account with us. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need this data to fulfil the contract or to process your contact request or to open your customer account, and you would otherwise not be able to complete your order and/or set up your customer account or send the contact request. In each input form you can see which data is collected. We use the data you provide us with to fulfil the contract and to process your enquiries in accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1 lit b GDPR. Upon completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, further processing of your data will be restricted and your data will be deleted after expiry of the retention period applicable under the relevant regulations, unless you expressly consent to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to continue to use your personal data to the extent and in the manner permitted by law, of which we inform you in this notice. We give your data to the shipping company to the extent necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Depending on which payment service provider you have selected during the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for order processing to the credit institution commissioned to process the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service provider.
