Third-party hosting services
The data is also processed by a third party provider that we have contracted to provide hosting and website presentation services on our behalf. This provider processes on its servers all data collected when visiting our website or when filling in forms provided for this purpose in our online shop, in the manner specified below. Data is processed on other servers only to the extent described here.

This service provider is based in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. The current certificate can be viewed here. On the basis of this agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has recognized entities certified under the Privacy Shield as ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

2. data collection and use for contract processing and for opening a customer account

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when you place an order, contact us (e.g. via the contact form or by e-mail) or open a customer account with us. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need this data to fulfil the contract or to process your contact request or to open your customer account, and you would otherwise not be able to complete your order and/or set up your customer account or send the contact request. In each input form you can see which data is collected. We use the data you provide us with to fulfil the contract and to process your enquiries in accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1 lit b GDPR. Upon completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, further processing of your data will be restricted and your data will be deleted after expiry of the retention period applicable under the relevant regulations, unless you expressly consent to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to continue to use your personal data to the extent and in the manner permitted by law, of which we inform you in this notice. Your customer account can be deleted at any time. For this purpose, you can either send a message to the contact option below or use the corresponding function in the customer account.

3. transmission of data

We give your data to the shipping company to the extent necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Depending on which payment service provider you have selected during the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for order processing to the credit institution commissioned to process the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service provider. Some of this data is collected by the selected payment service providers themselves when you open an account with them. In such a case, you must register with your payment service provider during the ordering process using your access data. 4. e-mail newsletter

E-mail advertising when you subscribe to the newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you our e-mail newsletter on a regular basis based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1 lit a GDPR, whereby we use the data separately requested or disclosed by you for this purpose.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time. To do so, you can either send a message to the contact option below or use the opt-out link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to the continued use of your information or we reserve the right to continue to use your personal information to the extent and in the manner permitted by law, which we will inform you of in this notice.

E-mail advertising, if you do not subscribe to the newsletter and your right to unsubscribe
If we receive your email address in connection with the sale of a product or service and you have not unsubscribed and you are not a consumer ordinarily resident in Poland, we reserve the right to periodically email you offers for products from our product range that are similar to those you have already purchased. This is to protect our legitimate interests in promoting and advertising our products to customers, which outweigh our legitimate interests in the process of balancing interests.
