Woda powinna mie\u0107 zawsze temperatur\u0119 cia\u0142a, poniewa\u017c ka\u017cde odchylenie jest postrzegane jako nieprzyjemne, a wtedy nie mo\u017cna utrzyma\u0107 lewatywy w organizmie tak d\u0142ugo, jak to konieczne. W przypadku lewatyw jelitowych nale\u017cy wcze\u015bniej wykona\u0107 od 2 do 3 lewatywy tylko z wod\u0105 (i 1 \u0142y\u017ceczk\u0119 soli kuchennej, je\u015bli to konieczne) w celu opr\u00f3\u017cnienia jelit. Bardziej praktyczny jest Reprop Clyster, gdzie mo\u017cna wykona\u0107 lewatyw\u0119 na stoj\u0105co (patrz poni\u017cej).<\/p>\n<p><strong>MMS: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pocz\u0105tkowo doda\u0107 <strong>2 aktywowane krople MMS p\u00f3\u017aniej do 12 aktywowanych kropli<\/strong> do pojemnika z wod\u0105 zestawu do lewatywy. Dr Dietrich Klinghardt nawet zaleca <strong>zwi\u0119kszenie do 20 aktywowanych kropli na litr<\/strong> i nie znalaz\u0142 \u017cadnych znacz\u0105cych skutk\u00f3w ubocznych na aktywno\u015b\u0107 jelit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CDS\/CDSplus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ponownie, preferuj\u0119 CDSplus o neutralnym pH i pocz\u0105tkowo dodaj\u0119 <strong>1 ml p\u00f3\u017aniej do 4 ml CDSplus <\/strong> w pojemniku z wod\u0105 zestawu do lewatywy.
