De graves effets secondaires cardiaques et ophtalmologiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s. HCQ n&rsquo;est pas approuv\u00e9 pour le Covid-19. Toutefois, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 en Italie et continue \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00eatre dans de nombreux pays dans le cadre d&rsquo;un usage compassionnel. Comme non seulement l&rsquo;alarme du virus mais aussi le message sur un possible b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la HCQ dans la lutte contre celui-ci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 diffus\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de Wuhan, il y a eu beaucoup de mauvaises \u00e9tudes sur ce sujet. Environ 140 autres \u00e9tudes utilisant la HCQ seraient enregistr\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>La HCQ a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e chez des personnes en parfaite sant\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0pour pr\u00e9venir des affections graves\u00a0\u00bb et \u00e0 titre prophylactique pour le personnel m\u00e9dical. La dose recommand\u00e9e est environ 20 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la prophylaxie du paludisme (400-800 mg par jour). Une utilisation plus intensive et m\u00eame de nouvelles installations de production (par exemple au Cameroun et en Inde) pour les HCQ sont actuellement en cours d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration. Tout cela se fait sans preuve suffisante d&rsquo;un effet clinique b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de la QCS dans les cas de SRAS-CoV-2 positifs, sans parler des tests n\u00e9gatifs.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, la HCQ a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e il y a longtemps comme l&rsquo;un des m\u00e9dicaments qui causent de graves dommages, par exemple aux \u00e9rythrocytes, chez les personnes souffrant d&rsquo;une d\u00e9ficience h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire en glucose-6-phosphate d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nase (G6PD). L&rsquo;application de la HCQ en cas de d\u00e9ficit en G6DP a pour effet de provoquer une h\u00e9molyse s\u00e9v\u00e8re au bout de 1 \u00e0 2 jours. Les d\u00e9bris d&rsquo;\u00e9rythrocytes provoquent des microembolies et endommagent des organes d\u00e9licats tels que les reins et le cerveau. En outre, les \u00e9rythrocytes manquent alors comme transporteurs d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne. Un \u00e0 deux jours apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de ce traitement, un tableau clinique tr\u00e8s s\u00e9v\u00e8re appara\u00eet, avec faiblesse, vertiges, essoufflement et signes de l\u00e9sions organiques.
