The team conducted in vitro experiments with the British and South African &#8220;variants&#8221; of Fauci flu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Spike protein applied to a microtiter plate was treated with aqueous chlorine dioxide solution or chlorine dioxide spray solution,&#8221; the study explains.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, they found that MMS actually inactivated the binding of covid variants of spike proteins to the human ACE2 receptor protein, &#8220;suggesting that this strategy may be useful in blocking the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 variants.&#8221; and thus also by the &#8220;vaccinated&#8221;, chlorine dioxide could help the &#8220;unvaccinated&#8221; to protect themselves against infection.<\/p>\n<p>It may also be useful in helping the vaccinated and those who test &#8220;positive&#8221; for China virus to rid themselves of spike proteins by preventing them from binding to ACE2 receptors.<\/p>\n<p>Many more studies are likely needed to determine if this is true for people who have received the mRNA injections (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna), as these injections program human cells to continue to constantly produce spike proteins.<\/p>\n<p>For everyone else, taking MMS could provide a shield against the kind of spike protein damage that leads to cardiovascular events or worse in some people.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The strong disinfecting effect of CD (chlorine dioxide) against microbes is due to its strong oxidizing effect against proteins,&#8221; The solutions were then incubated at 25\u00b0C for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Next, a 20 &amp;mgr;l aliquot of 10 mmol\/l sodium thiosulfate was added to blocking buffer 2 to terminate the reaction of chlorine dioxide with the spike proteins. This rapidly converts the chlorine dioxide to ClO2-, making it unreactive.<\/p>\n<p>Then, a 35 \u00b5l aliquot of biotin-labeled ACE2 diluted to 1.5 \u00b5g\/ml by Blocking Buffer 2 was added to the solution, while a biotin-labeled ACE2 was bound to streptavidin-labeled horseradish peroxidase and detected using a substrate of horseradish peroxidase.<\/p>\n<p>After one minute, a luminometer was used to measure the chemiluminescence signal emitted from the solution, which was examined based on the intensity fluctuation of chemiluminescence in four different wells.<\/p>\n<p>Upon analysis, it was found that the intensity of binding of human ACE2 protein to covid spike RBD decreased as a result of chlorine dioxide. The higher the concentration of chlorine dioxide, the fewer spike protein binding events were observed.<\/p>\n<p>In simpler terms, coronavirus spike proteins don&#8217;t like chlorine dioxide.
