Veterinarian files criminal complaint against authority

The renowned Hamburg veterinarian Dirk Schrader treats animals very successfully in a variety of ways, including with chlorine dioxide.  Under threat of a 10,000 euro fine, he was ordered to immediately cease treatments with chlorine dioxide solutions. He then went on the counterattack, lodged an objection against this decision and even filed a criminal complaint against the authority.

He used the treatments with chlorine dioxide partly instead of less effective and expensive antibiotics, but partly also in cases that would otherwise have had to be euthanized as hopeless and incurable. The brazen approach of the authority for health and consumer protection, the professional ignorance of this and finally the prohibition to save animals from death, let Mr. Schrader become active. The latter has now filed a criminal complaint against the local authorities with the Hamburg public prosecutor’s office.  against Dr. Ludger Heitgerken, Dr. Silviu Tomuta, Antje Steinbicker ,Billstraße 80, 20539 Hamburg for joint abuse of office and for all legal reasons. In his opinion, every physician is free to use any non-approved means and methods in case of a therapy emergency.

Some interesting passages from the statement of claim:

“In particular, for sodium chlorite/chlorine dioxide (MMS), hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorite  (e.g. MMS2) were found in basic immunological research decades ago (and also partly “ennobled”with Nobel prizes) to be e.g.e.g. in the context of a fever reaction in infection, cancer etc. also physiologically occur or are produced in human/animal cells. Oxidative agents have the decisive advantage that microorganisms cannot form a resistance against them, with which we can attest “evolution” a pleasing foresight. Viewed the other way around, human/animal cells thus naturally tolerate a certain level of oxidative agents, whereas microorganisms or other antigens (i.e. pathogens that cause disease) already bei much lower concentrations are destroyed.”…

The current, emotionally driven and unjust “witch hunt” against an oxidant that has been widely used for decades is objectively incomprehensible against this background. Only a pronounced lack of basic scientific information may have precipitated the administrative order with penalties to be challenged.”

You see more and more doctors see the advantages and success of chlorine dioxide and do not want to miss it anymore. This is developing into an exciting case. We’re staying tuned!”
